BEST Claims is pleased to announce the launch of its new web based policy administration program.

 

eBEST has been developed by BEST Claims to replace the previous electronic policy administration program (PAP), which has become redundant due to enhanced technology. If you have previously administered your policy through PAP, we believe that this system will provide improved communication with BEST Claims.

 

If your school has previously administered your policy through our telephone call centre we hope you will take the time to use the site for all future communications with us.

 

You can:

 

* Update school information

* Handle staff records

* Detail the holiday and in-service periods relating to your school

* Submit all eligible claims

 

To assist you with each aspect of the site we are providing online helps screens. We would recommend that you click here to navigate your way round the help pages.
