Submit a Claim

This screen is split into two parts. The top part is for viewing claims that you have already submitted in the last two policy years. You can also continue claims by clicking on this symbol   . Click here to view the continuation screen page.

 

 

The second part of the screen is for submitting new claims.

 

 

 

To submit a new illness or absence claim you will need to click on the staff member from the list. This action should highlight the staff member. Then click on the Add New Illness / Absence Claim button (right side). To view the Illness / Absence Claims screen click here.

 

Similarly, in order to submit a maternity claim, you will need to highlight the member of staff and click on the Add Maternity Claim on the right hand side (underneath the Add New Illness / Absence Claim button). To view the Maternity Claims screen click here.

 

If it is a paternity claim what you wish to submit, then follow the same step as above. After highlighting the staff member you wish to claim for, press the Add Paternity Claim button. To view the Paternity Claims screen click here.

 

Finally, in order to submit an adoption claim, you will need to highlight the staff member you wish to claim for by clicking on the relevant row and press the Add Adoption Claim button. To view the Adoption Claims screen click here.
