Submit a Certificate to an Existing Claim

If you wish to submit a certificate to an already existing claim, you need to be in the Claims section. The top grid displays all claims that have been added during the last two years. To add a certificate, you just need to select the particular claim you would like to add a certificate to and press the button as shown below. As a   reminder, if a claim appears to have this symbol , it means that it needs a certificate added.

 

 

Once you have clicked on the View button to open the original claim, you will be viewing all the information supplied when the claim was added. In this screen, you will only need to select the certificate you wish to add: doctor's certificate, MAT B1 or self certificate.
